I set up NannySuccess.com as I felt there was a lack of advice about how to find the right person to work in your home, and importantly, how to manage them well. I believe that the right childcare can really transform a family's life, enabling everyone to flourish. As well as using my experience in business psychology, management, motivation and coaching I conducted extensive research with parents to identify all the issues involved.
